MNR Minister tours Restoule

For those non-local folks who are interested in the logging issue in Restoule, here is a link to the Almaguin News article detailing the Minister of Natural Resources recent discussions with the Restoule Local Citizen’s committee.
It appears the Minister made no immediate decisions and will continue to investigate the issues raised at the meeting.

Restoule Protests in Powasan

The meeting was well attended and now the NNR has 15 days to make a decision.
