Seniors from around and about Restoule were treated to a delicious Christmas Turkey Supper last night at the Community Centre. The food, the music, and a visit from Santa Claus were enjoyed by everyone, I am sure!
Then one of our out-of-town senior guests found her black 3/4 length leather coat, with porcelain poppy on the label, missing when she went to leave. This coat has special sentimental value because it was a gift from her late husband. A coat disappearing is bad at any time but it sure hurts when it happens in Restoule. Hopefully it was taken by accident and will be returned. To return the coat, or if anyone has information, please contact the Restoule Lions, the Community Centre, or Margaret Grawbarger.

Good news to our readers! The black leather coat reported missing after the recent Lions Christmas Supper for Seniors has found its way home. The coat was accidentally worn away from the Community Centre and not noticed until it was taken out to wear again. It really lifts the Christmas spirits to know the coat has been returned safely to the owner. Seasons Greetings to one and all! Thanks to Elsa Wain for this information.
