UPDATE: Here is the link to the news article in the Almaguin News.
Below is a picture of some of the signs posted outside the MNR meeting held in Powassan where the future of logging in Restoule was discussed.
The meeting was well attended and now the NNR has 15 days to make a decision.

Dawn Striped called today to let me know the Restoule Local Citizens Committee (RLCC) wants as many people as possible to attend a meeting hosted by the Ministry of Natural Resources. The purpose of the meeting is to make a decision regarding logging proposals in the area.
