Broadband - Getting What You Paid For?

I’ve been fighting with tech support at Vianet - my Internet Service Provider (ISP). Three ISPs use the tower installed on Lakeview Dr. in Restoule. They are Vianet, Ontera and Netspectrum / Spectrum 2000.
Each say you will get speeds UP TO 1500 kbs. However, they are delivering less than half that and often much less. [...]

Nipissing Forest Management Plan 2009-2019

 
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Nipissing Forest Management Inc. will be holding a public meeting in Restoule to discuss the preparation of the 2009 - 2019 Forest Management Plan for the Nipissing Forest.
The meeting will take place at the Restoule Community Centre on April 23, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
